•    Tucker and Johan Nziemi both tied for the team lead with nine rebounds each.
•    In addition, Longwood's defense held Winthrop to 32 percent shooting, which was enough to overcome 31 points and 13 rebounds for Logan Duncomb. The rest of the Eagles were a combined 8-46 from the floor.
•    The Lancers held Winthrop to five made threes, less than half their season average of 10.7.
•    Longwood took the lead five minutes in with a 9-0 run and led for 37 minutes in the contest.
•    Winthrop drew within five in the latter stages of the second half, but Longwood's defense tightened up and let Winthrop get no closer while Hutchinson, Tucker and Thompson delivered timely buckets.
