INSIDE THE MATCHUP:
  • The Lancers will take on High Point University in High Point, N.C., for their third straight conference game
  • Longwood enters the match 4-5-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play after a 1-0 loss on the road against Radford on Wednesday

LAST TIME OUT:
  • Longwood faced Radford on the road and lost 1-0 in torrential rain
  • Emma Jones led the team with four shots throughout the match, closely followed by Sam Fischer with three shots, Meghan Piazza and Karleigh Minson with two
  • The Lancers created a sequence of four shots in a three-minute span in the first half, Jones with two and Piazza and Minson both with one, but Radford didn't break
  • Radford scored the lone goal of the match in the 35th minute of the first half and made it stand
