The Opening Tip

•    The Lancers have guaranteed a finish above .500 for back-to-back seasons for the first time since  the 93-94 and 94-95 seasons.
•    Longwood will also finish with a conference record of .500 or better for a fourth straight season. It is the first time in program history the team has done so.

Last Time Out

Quotable

I was really proud of the guys. I told them, you always want to be playing your best basketball in February and March. I think this team is playing a lot better than it has all season. We've been talking a lot about passion and purpose. Tonight we played with a lot of passion, and there was a lot of purpose. Extremely proud of our effort tonight.
—Longwood Head Coach Griff Aldrich after the dominant defensive effort against Presbyterian
