FARMVILLE, Va. – The Longwood women's tennis team took down North Carolina A&T State 7-0. This victory makes for the team's second in conference play

Doubles
Longwood (6-8) freshman Karina Rizvanova and senior Emma Nurgazieva kicked off the match with a 6-1 victory over senior Marlene Estenssoro Pineda and sophomore Manuela Sofia Jimenez in No.1 doubles. Junior Maria Saez and sophomore Nina Hederich led sophomore Florielvis Hurtado Pernaleta and freshman Cielo Tapia-Cruz 4-2 in a match that did not finish in No.2 doubles. No.3 doubles resolved in a default win for sophomore Zoe Barton and freshman Wiktoria Czerny

Singles
Both Czerny and Hederich scored 6-1, 6-1 victories in No.4 and No.5 singles respectively against Estenssoro and sophomore Trinity Oliver. In No.1 and No.3 singles Rizvanova and Saez also claimed straight set victories over Hurtado and Tapia-Cruz respectively. Nurgazieva triumphed 6-0, 6-2 in a No.2 singles match against Jimenez
