•    The Lancers have won four straight games and five of their past six amidst a long stretch on the road.
•    Longwood is in a stretch that sees them play seven of nine on the road. The team went 3-2 on a five game road swing in November and early December, their longest road trip of the year.
•    The Lancers are one of two teams in the Big South with multiple true road wins. Longwood has three.
•    Longwood is 5-1 when it has four or more players score in double figures. The Lancers have done it in back-to-back games (High Point-12/29; South Carolina State-12/20).
•    Longwood has four players averaging in double figures: Isaiah Wilkins (13.3), Leslie Nkereuwem (10.6), Walyn Napper (10.3) and DeShaun Wade (10.1). Four more average at least 7.0.
•    Wilkins was named to the Watch List for the 2022-23 Lou Henson Award, which is given annually to the top mid-major player at the Division I level.

•    Isaiah Wilkins tied a career high with 25 points while also tying a career high with five made threes.

By The Numbers

Quotable

"We had some really good stretches of basketball where the guys did an incredible job creating some separation and went up 12. We ended the half very well in the first. That was terrific. And then when it was a two-point game, and they extended [the lead] and responded positively again. That was a great response. I was really proud of the guys for that. That shows a lot of resilience and toughness to weather a storm and come back and get the win."
—Longwood head coach Griff Aldrich on his team's mental toughness and ability to close halves against High Point

Series History
•  Longwood has won three straight against Campbell, but all three have been decided by 10 points or less.
•  DeShaun Wade posted 20 points in the season finale last year, a 60-55 win. Longwood went 7-9 from three in the second half in Buies Creek.
•  In the first matchup last year, Longwood ripped off 45 second-half points to win 72-64.
