Tennis Adds One Last Non-Conference Bout Before Big South Opener

FARMVILLE, Va. – The Longwood men's and women's tennis teams will squeeze in one last non-conference match before Sunday's Big South opener at Winthrop, adding a doubleheader at North Carolina A&T Saturday in Greensboro, N.C.
The Lancer women (7-2) will play first at 9 a.m., and the men (6-3) will follow at 11 a.m. at the Aggie Tennis Complex.
Those matches are makeups of bouts previously scheduled against the Aggies that were postponed due to weather.
Follow Saturday's doubleheader, the Lancers will head south and cross the state line to Rock Hill, S.C., where they will take on the Big South powerhouse Eagles. The women will have first serve at 11 a.m. in that doubleheader, while the men will follow at 3 p.m.
