The Opening Tip
•   In the final game of the 2017-18 regular season, Longwood hosts Commonwealth rival Radford Saturday at 3 p.m. in Willett Hall.
•   Prior to the game, Longwood will honor its two-man senior class of
B.K. Ashe and
Charles Glover for Senior Day. Both Ashe and Glover were originally part of the same recruiting class at Mount St. Mary's and both transferred to Longwood for their final year of eligibility in 2017-18.
•   Radford, ranked third in the Big South at 11-6, will be the seventh consecutive opponent ranked in the top half of the league standings Longwood has faced.Â

Isaiah Walton is averaging 19.6 points per game and shooting .421 (40-of-95) from three-point range at home this season. Seven of his team-leading eight 20-point games have come on his home floor.
Last Time Out
•   Led by double-digit scoring games from Andre Fox, Brandon Kamga and Jahaad Proctor, High Point's backcourt led a hot-shooting effort that sparked the Panthers to a 75-56 win over Longwood Thursday at the Millis Convocation Center.
•   Fox and Kamga led that charge with 18 points apiece, while Proctor added 17 as High Point shot .509 from the floor and from three-point range.Â
•   Longwood got another double-digit scoring game from redshirt junior forward
Damarion Geter, who also added eight rebounds and has now scored at least 10 points a career-high 11 times this season.Â

•   Geter's work in the paint was one of the few successes Longwood managed against a High Point defense that is holding opponents to 66.8 points per game, third lowest in the Big South.

•   Longwood and Radford have split three of the five regular-season series since Longwood joined the Big South in 2012-13. The teams went 1-1 against each other in 2012-13, 2014-15 and 2015-16.
•   In five seasons since Longwood joined the Big South, the Lancers are 2-2 against Radford after losing the first meeting of the season. Radford won the first meeting this year 70-63 in Radford, Va.
•   A senior has scored at least 20 points in each of Longwood's past three Senior Days in Willett Hall.
Darrion Allen scored 23 against Charleston Southern in 2016-17,
Lotanna Nwogbo scored 24 against Presbyterian in 2015-16, and Quincy Taylor scored 25 against Campbell in 2014-15.
•   Longwood seniors
B.K. Ashe and
Charles Glover are nearing the end of a nearly five-year-long college career together. Both were part of the same recruiting class at Mount St. Mary's where they played together from 2013-16. Ashe transferred to Longwood before the 2016-17 season and sat out a year, and Glover followed him to Farmville this year as a graduate transfer.
•   Ashe and Glover combine to average 21.8 points, 8.4 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game this season. Both are ranked in Longwood's top three in scoring, assists and steals.Â
•   Ashe, who hit his 200th career three-pointer two games ago, needs just five points to reach 1,400 for his career.Â
•   Glover is averaging career highs in nearly every statistical category this season.
•   On the season, forward
Damarion Geter leads Longwood with a 1.5:1 assist-to-turnover ratio. The 6-8, 235-pound "point forward" averages 2.2 assists per game and has the second most assists on the team this season.
•   Geter and Campbell's Andrew Eudy are the only players in the Big South 6-foot-8 or taller averaging at least 2.0 assists per game.Â

•   Longwood and Radford meet for the second time this season and 28th time in series history Saturday in Willett Hall. Longwood is 7-20 all-time against the Highlanders and 4-7 since joining the Big South in 2012-13.
