The Opening Tip
•    Over the past four games, Longwood has gone 3-1 against four teams picked to finish in the top five of the Big South's preseason poll. The Lancers defeated No. 3 Liberty, No. 4 Campbell and No. 5 Gardner-Webb and suffered a lone loss to No. 1 UNC Asheville.
•    Longwood is 3-2 since reassembling its "Big Three" backcourt of B.K. Ashe, Charles Glover and Isaiah Walton. Those three account for 51.7 percent of Longwood's scoring and 56.3 percent of Longwood's assists. Both Glover and Walton missed four straight games with injuries at the end of December.
•    Longwood has set season lows for points allowed by a Division I foe in back-to-back games. Longwood held Liberty to just 51 points on Jan. 12 and then held high-scoring Campbell to just 62 on Jan. 15.

Last Time Out
•    In a showdown of two of the hottest teams in the Big South, Longwood leaned on a pair of 20-point nights from B.K. Ashe and Isaiah Walton to dismantle Campbell 76-62 Monday in Willett Hall.
•    Ashe poured in 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for his third double-double of the season, and Walton finished with 27 points for his team-leading sixth 20-point game of the season.
•    Ashe and Walton's 20-point nights gave the Lancers their third win in the past four games.
•    Reigning Big South Player of the Year Chris Clemons surpassed his season scoring average with 28 points – scoring in double figures for the NCAA-leading 66th consecutive game – but the Camels finished with their lowest scoring total and lowest field goal percentage of the season.
•    Damarion Geter, grabbed 14 rebounds to give Longwood a 45-36 rebounding advantage.

By The Numbers
•    Longwood is holding opponents to a .300 (155-of-517) three-point shooting percentage, the lowest in the Big South and the 14th lowest in the nation. Only six of 19 opponents have shot better than .333 against Longwood this season.
•    Longwood is 3-2 since leading scorer Isaiah Walton and point guard Charles Glover returned to the lineup on Jan. 3. Both Walton and Glover missed four straight games in December.
•    Longwood is 3-0 when Ashe, Glover and Walton all score in double figures and 3-1 when they combine for at least 50 points.
•    Redshirt senior guard B.K. Ashe has 17 assists and just six turnovers over his past four games for a 2.8 assist-to-turnover ratio. Those numbers come as Ashe was rejoined in the backcourt by  the other two pieces of Longwood's "Big Three" in fellow guards Charles Glover and Isaiah Walton on Jan. 3 against Presbyterian.
•    In 15 games with Glover in the lineup, Ashe has 48 assists and 44 turnovers (1.1 A:TO ratio). In four games without him, Ashe has nine assists and 19 turnovers (0.5 A:TO).
•    Longwood has been outrebounded just once in the past five games, holding a +1.6 rebounding margin during that span compared to a -8.3 mark in 14 games prior. During that recent five-game span, Longwood outrebounded Presbyterian (40-37), Liberty (34-25) and Campbell (45-36) and matched Gardner-Webb 32-32. The only team to outrebound the Lancers in those five games is Big South preseason No. 1 UNC Asheville.
•    Since joining the lineup on Nov. 26, junior forward Spencer Franklin leads Longwood with 18 offensive rebounds.
•    Franklin is Longwood's leader in plus-minus rating. Longwood allows a team-low 1.74 points per minute when he is on the floor, compared to 1.96 points when he is on the bench.

Series History
•    Longwood and Radford meet for the 27th time in series history and the first time this season Thursday in Radford, Va. Radford holds a 19-7 lead in the all-time series.
•    Longwood and Radford have split three of the five regular-season series since Longwood joined the Big South in 2012-13. The teams went 1-1 against each other in 2012-13, 2014-15 and 2015-16.
•    Longwood is 4-6 against Radford since joining the Big South six seasons ago.
•    Isaiah Walton is Longwood's active leading scorer in the Radford series after averaging 16.0 points per game in last year's two matchups. Walton scored 16 points in both games.
