Season StatsRICHMOND, Va. – Despite having eight different scorers throughout the game and three with nine or more points, the Longwood women's basketball team couldn't overcome an undefeated Richmond team, who received votes in the latest USA Today Top 25 Coaches Poll.
Longwood played the final game of a difficult three-game season-opening road trip that includes two teams from a power conference, as the Lancers concluded the trip with a 80-50 setback against Richmond Thursday night at the Robins Center. "We played a very good team tonight," said head coach
