BRONX, N.Y. -- Longwood University women's cross country posted 619 points to finish 23rd among 23 teams Saturday at the 26th ECAC Cross Country Championships ran at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York. The University at Albany (N.Y.) took first place with 49 points, and Kimberly DeLoreto (18:01) of Sacred Heart University was the individual race winner, while the Lancers were led by junior
Jessica Alley|New Castle (Craig County) with her time of 20:11 over the 5K course for 90th-place individually in the field of 209. Longwood completed its 2010 campaign with its participation in the prestigious competition in New York.

Ciara Mading|King George (King George) (20:38, 123rd), sophomores
Jenna Sprinkle|Buchanan (James River) (21:16, 164th) and
