Lacrosse senior Sarah Butler went off for three goals and three assists in a 15-8 loss at Elon, bringing her season line to seven points in Longwood's first two games. The six-point day featured two goals and two assists after halftime.

Butler scored all three of her goals unassisted while dishing two of her three assists to senior classmate Katie McHugh and another to Madison Stair.

Butler, McHugh and Stair all sit atop Longwood's goals leaderboard through the first two games with three scores apiece. Butler has recorded four of Longwood's six assists.
