Women's tennis junior Anna Pelak went 2-0 in singles play at the George Mason Invitational Sunday, knocking off her No. 2 counterparts from Mount St. Mary's and George Mason. In the fall debut for the Lancers, Pelak led the charge with a pair of 8-4 wins over Mount St. Mary's Brittany Poje and George Mason's Olivia Lacy-Thompson. Her victory against Mount St. Mary's was part of a singles sweep in the second match of the day for the Lancers, who defeated MSM 10-2 after falling 11-1 to George Mason.
