FARMVILLE, Va. - Longwood University junior women's lacrosse goalkeeper Christian Acker/Moorestown, N.J. has been named the Longwoo Female ARMS Software Athlete of the Week. Acker went 2-0 in net for the Lancers last week, helping the team improve to 7-7 overall and an undefeated 4-0 in Big South play. The keeper logged 25 saves with a 6.00 goals against average and a .676 save percentage in the pair of wins.  She recorded a career-high 15 saves against Campbell en route to a 16-8 Longwood victory on April 13 after notching 10 stops against Presbyterian in a 21-4 victory on April 11. The Big South Defensive Player of the Week honoreer totals a personal-best 122 saves and a .421 save percentage so far this season.
