FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood University men’s soccer junior Daena Bodie/Guernsey, England has been named the Longwood Male Athlete of the Week. He appeared in both of the team’s two most recent matches, starting at Appalachian State on Nov. 5 and playing 74 minutes in that outing. Prior to that, he helped propel the Lancers to a 1-0 decision against fellow Big South Conference member Presbyterian College on Nov. 2 at home with his second assist of the season on Anthony Ugorji’s game-winning goal.
