Kelsey Pardue is our 2012-13 Longwood Female Athlete of the Year. A midfielder on the women's soccer team, she started all 21 games and led the team with seven goals, six assists and 20 points. Pardue had a team-best five game-winning goals, and posted a season-high two goals and two assists for six points against UNC Asheville (9.20). She was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Southeast Region Third Team and the All-Big South First Team, while also earning Big South Conference Attacking Player Of The Week honors (9.25). Kelsey majors in business administration, including a concentration in marketing, and is the daughter of Connie and Ramon Pardue.
