The Longwood University Athletic Ticket Office conducts ticketing for our men's and women's basketball teams. Attendance to all other home sporting events is free to the public.

Location and Hours of Operation

Game Days: Ticket Office opens 60 minutes prior to tip off and is located in the Brock Commons entrance of Willett Hall.
Non Game Days: Call 434.395.2378 or visit Tabb 116 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Men's & Women's Basketball - Home games are played at Willett Hall.

Ordering and Purchasing Tickets
Season tickets, group tickets, or individual game tickets may be purchased over the phone by calling 434.395.2378, in person by visiting Tabb 116, or online at www.longwoodlancers.com

Payment Info
The Longwood University Athletic Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, and money orders. Checks are made payable to: Longwood Athletics. All returned checks will be subject to any and all NSF charges.

Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the Ticket Office will not be responsible for any drop off Will Call that cannot be found.

- Tickets may be claimed at Willett Hall beginning 60 minutes before tip-off.

Will Call (Advance)
Will Call tickets for all Longwood University basketball may be picked up prior to the day of the game during normal business hours at Tabb 116.

Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone ages 4 -12 must have a ticket to enter Willett hall. Any child under three (3) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian, will be admitted free of charge.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Longwood University Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Longwood University Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancelations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
