Finn Jurak enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Longwood men's soccer team in 2025, having been hired in July 2024.
Jurak helped guide Longwood to a its first Big South tournament appearance since 2021 in his first season in . Longwood finished 5-10-3 overall and 2-4-1 in the league, winning its opening-round match on the road at UNC Asheville, 4-3, on Nov. 6 and advancing to the Big South semifinals. The first-round victory was the first of its kind for the Lancers since beating Asheville on Nov. 6, 2016.
Jurak, who mentors the Lancers' goalkeepers, came off of a four-year career from 2020-23 at Oakland. He helped the Golden Grizzlies to the 2021 Horizon League championship and an NCAA tournament berth.
In 33 starts at Oakland, the Canberra, Australia native went 18-11-3 with a 1.50 goals-against average and .692 save percentage with eight shutouts.

Jurak was twice named Horizon League Defensive Player of the Week in 2023, finishing second in the conference in goals-against average (1.22) and tied for second with four clean sheets.

Jurak is a 2024 graduate of Oakland with a degree in integrative studies.
