2017-18 (Sophomore): Career-best 10 wins her sophomore season collecting at least two wins at each of the top three flights...co-captain along with Jamie Breunig...one of three Lancers with 10-plus wins, finishing second on the team...her three-set comeback win sealed the Lancers' triumph in the Big South tournament in which they erased a 3-0 deficit to win 4-3...Big South All-Academic...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2016-17 (Freshman): Spent the entire spring at the top of the rotation in flights 1 and 2...joined the team just before the spring season started...all five of her wins came on court two, where she spent a majority of her time...collected eight doubles wins including a 7-8 mark on court 2 with partner Paloma Alatorre.

Prior to College: Ranked in the top 30 U-18 circuit in Slovenia and top-2,000 of the Junior International Tennis Federation rankings as a junior…Started playing professional tournaments as a senior…graduated from Collegio Vescovile Pio X in Treviso, Italy...Scored a 40 out of 45 on the International Baccalaureate

Personal: Daughter of Emil and Lilija Venta…Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia…mother played tennis on the Ukranian national team, and was a doubles champion of the former USSR…speaks five languages…her hobbies include dancing, reading books, trying new things and traveling...Favorite athletes are Ashton Eaton and Victoria Azarenka
