High School: Three-year letterwinner at Frenship High School … did not compete on her high school team as a senior while playing in USTA tournaments in the Super Championship Division … trained at the John Newcombe Tennis Academy and played with the John Newcombe Tennis Summer Touring Team that year … as a junior, took second in the Texas 6A District bracket and qualified for the regional bracket … also given the sportsmanship award … as a sophomore, earned team MVP and Newcomer of the Year honors … took second at district and qualified for the region competition … member of the National Honor Society … volunteered at the South Plains Food Bank, the Carrillon Nursing Home and with the Special Olympics.
 
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Tammy Brown … has two sisters, Taylor and Lauren, and a brother, Nick … father, Chris, played tennis at Weatherford College … career aspirations include becoming a nurse practitioner.
