2021: Played in 10 matches and scored her first collegiate goal…Played 198 minutes and had one shot, which was on goal…Scored her goal on Aug. 26 against American…Played a season-high 48 minutes on Oct. 16 against USC Upstate… Helped Longwood post an eight-match unbeaten streak as well as a six-match winning streak during conference play that led to a third-place league finish…Helped the Lancers win in the opening round of the Big South Tournament…

2020-21: Made her collegiate debut against USC Upstate (Feb. 21)…played 14 minutes in that double-overtime draw.

2019: Key contributor as a freshman, playing in 16 of Longwood’s 17 games while drawing one start…scored what would have been her first career goal in the first half of the season opener against Richmond, but had the strike negated when the game was canceled at halftime due to rain and lightning…drew her first career start in the Big South Championship tournament quarterfinal against Radford and played a season-high 62 minutes in that matchup (Nov. 2)...on the season, attempted two shots and put both of those on net.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Red Lion Area Senior High School…three-sport athlete who lettered in soccer, track and lacrosse…named the YAIAA Division 1 Player of the Year in soccer…all-state soccer selection…received her team’s Golden Boot Award for scoring a team-high 17 goals as a senior…also added nine assists that season…team captain and team MVP…amassed 35 goals and 14 assists in her high school career…scored eight goals as a sophomore and junior…led Red Lion to the YAIAA Division 1 Championship…earned Distinguished Honor Roll recognition.
 
Personal: Daughter of John and Maria Young…has one sibling, John…plans to major in nursing and become a nurse anesthetist.
