2021: Played and started all 20 matches…Scored a career high three goals, including one game winner, and added one assist while playing 1,666 minutes, playing both in the midfield and along the back line…Played all 90 minutes in each of the final five matches and played every minute in nine matches, including a season-high 110 minutes at Western Carolina on Sept. 5…Scored her first goal of the season at Radford on Sept. 23…Scored in back-to-back matches on Sept. 28 at Hampton and on Oct. 2 at Gardner-Webb…The goal at Hampton was the game winner…Helped Longwood post an eight-match unbeaten streak as well as a six-match winning streak during conference play that led to a third-place league finish…Helped the Lancers win in the opening round of the Big South Tournament…

2020-21: Played in 10 games with seven starts…started the final five games of the season…scored her first career goal in a 2-1 win against UNC Asheville (March 21)…followed two games later with another score in a 4-0 win against Winthrop (March 28)…averaged 48.8 minutes per game and topped the 60-minute plateau four times…named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2019: A key piece of the midfield rotation, appearing in all 17 games with five starts…logged 680 minutes with double-digit minutes in every contest…played 50-plus minutes six times…attempted 12 shots, putting two of those on net…played a season-high 61 minutes in an overtime road matchup at Big South foe Presbyterian (Sept. 21)…attempted a season-high four shots in a double-overtime draw against Charleston Southern (Sept. 28)…helped Longwood to a 2-2-1 record in games she started.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Brentsville District High School…also lettered three years in basketball…a two-year team captain in both soccer and basketball…also earned team MVP honors three times on each of those squads…the Virginia State Girls Soccer Player of the Year as a senior…in soccer, earned a pair of all-state honors, including first team as a senior…was also a four-time all-district first-team selection and two-time all-region choice…scored 32 goals as a junior…led Brentsville to three consecutive district titles, back-to-back regional championships and a pair of state runner-up finishes…owns the Brentsville record for fastest goal, scoring in just 12 seconds…a decorated basketball player as well, earning all-region and all-district first-team honors…member of the National Honor Society…three-time Principal’s Honor Roll selection…volunteered at a Soup Kitchen, with a local Christmas parade, as a reader and librarian’s assistant to elementary students…was also a volunteer athletic trainer assistant.
 
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Sarah Forst…has two siblings, Brandon and Nathan…father played tennis at High Point, and mother played soccer at High Point…aims to major in kinesiology or psychology…exploring careers in pediatric psychology or physical therapy, as well as coaching.
