2025: Raced in five meets during the indoor and outdoor season and placed top ten in three meets…Big South All-Academic Team selection…At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Open (March 28-29) placed tenth in the 3,000m steeplechase (13:23.36)...At the Dennis Craddock Classic (April 11-12), placed seventh in the 5,000m (19:47.59), a career best time. At the Wildcat Classic (April 18-19), placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase (13:00.76), a career-best steeplechase time.
2024: Ran in six meets in the spring…Posted a personal best in the 1,500M at the Hornet Open with a 5:28.84 on March 30…Set a PR in the 5,000M with a 19:53.65 at the CNU New Captains Classic on April 20…
