2024: Ran in all seven meets in the fall…Was named Longwood Freshman Female Athlete of the Year…All-Big South Second Team selection…Big South Runner of the Week three times (Sept. 4), (Sept. 11), (Oct. 16)...Scored in all seven meets and won two…Broke the program’s 5K record and then did so again, becoming the first runner in team history to break the 18-minute mark…At The Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31) (4k), finished 18th and broke the program’s 4K record with a time of 14:24.1...Won the Lancer Home Open (Sept. 7) (5k) with a time of 18:46.3…At the Louisville Classic (Oct. 5) (5k), finished 11th with a time of 18:38.4...Won the Lancer Pink Invitational (Oct. 11) (5k) with a time of 18:39.0. At the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19) (5k) finished fifth with a time of 17:58.8 to set the program record…At the Big South Cross Country Championship (Nov. 1) (5k), finished tenth and broke the program record again with a time of 17.47.9...At the NCAA Southeast Division one Championship (Nov. 15) (6k), finished 130th with a time of 23:04.2, the fifth-fastest 6k in team history…
