2024: Raced in all seven meets in the fall … At The Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31) (4K), finished 51st with a time of 15:13.2  the third-fastest 4k time in Lancer history … At the Lancer Home Open (Sept. 7) (5k), finished fifth with a time of 20:10.8 … At the Louisville Classic (Oct. 5) she finished 47th with a time of 19:22.4 … At the Lancer Pink Invitational (Oct. 11) (5K), finished second with a time of 19:13.7 … At the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19) (5K) finished 33rd with a time of 18:44.7 … At the Big South Championship (Nov. 1) finished 20th with a personal-best time of 18:25.0 that also served to tie for the sixth-fastest time in team history … At the NCAA Division One Southeast Championship (Nov. 15), finished 174th with a time of 23:50.1.
 
2023: Ran in six meets in the fall as one of the team's top performers … Had the second-fastest 4K in team history with a 15:10.2 at the Spider Alumni Open on Sept. 2 … Finished second in the field at the Lancer Pink Invitational with a 19:40.2 in the 5K on Sept. 16 … Set her PR in the 5K at the Upstate Invitational on Oct. 14 with a 19:14.8 … Posted a 23:23.1 in her debut 6K at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship, the fifth-fastest time in team history, on Nov. 10.
 
High School: Ran cross country for four seasons at Roanoke Valley Christian School … Lettered in track as a senior in the program’s first official season after helping start the team as a junior … Team cross country captain for cross country for her final three high school seasons … Cross country team MVP in her final three seasons after earning the Coach’s Award as a freshman … Team track captain and MVP as a senior … Holds school records for 5K (18:46), 3,200M (12:18), 1,600M (5:30), 1K (3:25) and 800M (2:33), all set in her senior season.
