2025: Ran in four cross country meets … Set a personal best in the 4K with a 16:29.9 at the 2025 Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 30) … Had a season-best time of 21:03.8 in the 5K at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 18).
 
2024: Raced in four meets in the fall … At the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31) (4k), finished 140th with a 17:45.1, a career high in the 4k … At the Lancer Home Open (Sept. 7) (5K), finished 17th with a 23:12.5 … At the Lancer Pink Invitational (Oct. 11) (5K), finished 13th with a 21:40.4 … At the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19) (5K), finished 133rd with a 20:55.4, a career high in the 5K. 
 
2023: Competed in three races in the fall … Ran a personal best in the 4K at the Spider Alumni Open on Sept. 2 with an 18.05.2 … Ran a PR in the 5K at the Upstate Invitational on Oct. 14 with a 23:06.6.

High School: Ran cross country, indoor track and outdoof track for four seasons at West Springfield High School … Earned three letters in cross country and winter track and two in spring track … Team captain in each of her last two seasons … Helped cross country team win the 2019 Patriot District Championship, and helped her indoor track team win the 2021 Patriot District Championship … Personal bests of 20:53 in the 5K, 5:48 in the 1,600M and 2:42.4 in the 800M.
 
Personal: Graduated with an advanced studies diploma along with multiple seals of excellence … Volunteered as a track coach as well for four years … Volunteered as a political campaign advocate, with orchestra events and fundraising, and with track fundraising … Aspires to be a health and physical education teacher after graduation as well as a running coach … Also aspires to run a marathon and, eventually, an ultra marathon … Favorite athletes are Sophia Laukli, Courtney Dauwalter, Mal O’Brien, Laura Green, Katelyn Touhy and Caitlin Keen …Hobbies include running, playing the cello, hiking, and weightlifting.
