Coach Breen on Alexander: “Milo is one of our most athletic players whose size and power enable him to be a successful doubles player. His height gives him good leverage for his serve, an important element in his game. His strong doubles play will be key to our winning the doubles point.”

2009-10
Went 5-5 in singles action overall and 10-12 in doubles ... completed fall tournament action 1-3 in singles and 2-1 in doubles play.

2008-09
Finished the fall season 4-2 overall in singles ... 3-3 in doubles with teammate Nobu Tanaka .. went undefeated (3-0) in singles at Mary Washington Invitational and 2-1 in doubles with Tanaka at Elon Invitational ... recorded an even 3-3 singles record in the spring and went 5-10 in doubles.

2007-08
Finished 3-1 in singles and 0-1 in doubles during the fall, including 2-1 at the Virginia State Open, just his second collegiate tournament ... finished his first collegiate spring season 3-2 in singles, going a perfect 3-0 from the No. 6 spot ... ended the year 2-6 in doubles.

High School
Participated in tennis at Bishop O’Connell HS in Arlington ... played three years at #1 ... served as team captain ... selected MVP ... ranked #12 in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Tennis Association Boy’s 18 and under and ranked in the top 20 in the Boy’s 16 and under group ... ranked #8 for Virginia Boy’s 18 and under and #37 in the Mid-Atlantic Men’s Division.

Son of Gloria Barajas and Gordon Alexander ... brother (Mani Barajas-Alexander) played tennis at Longwood ... father played baseball, tennis and ran track for Lincoln University … was the Director of Marketing for The Green Business/Sports For Nature over the summer, an organization harnessing the power of sports to help the environment.
