Sophomore Season (2006): Appeared in 15 games, making the starting line-up 13 times ... Tallied one shot for the season.

Freshman Season (2005): Played and started in all 19 games for the Lancers.

Before Longwood: Earned All-State, All-Region, All-District and All-Metro honors as a senior ... Also was named Central Player of the year...Helped lead team to a VHSL State Championship in 2003.

Personal: Son of Dean and Betsy Van Arsdale .. Majoring in business administration concentrating in finance.
