2025: Raced in ten meets during the indoor and outdoor season and placed top ten in three meets…At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed fifth in the 1,500m (4:08.57)...At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5) placed tenth in the 4x1500 (17:21.47)...At the Wildcat Invitational (April 18-19) placed first in the 5,000m (15:52.77) with a time that was also a career-best…Ran a career-best 1:59.32 in the 800m at The Hill City Twilight (May 2)...Qualified for the finals in the 1,500m at the Big South Championships (May 12-14) with a 4:03.95 and then set a personal best in the final with a 4:03.80 that was the fifth-fastest time in team history…

High School: Earned a pair of letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Clover Hill High School…Team captain as a senior for both cross country and track…Four-time all-state selection and six-time all-region combined between the cross country and track teams…Second all-time in school history with his indoor 1,600M time and also on the 4x800M relay team that holds the second-best time in school history…Holds times of 16:47 in the 5,000M, 9:52 in the 3,200M, 4:24 in the 1,600M, and 1:59 in the 800M…Class 5 Indoor Track 4x800M State Champions and Class 5 Outdoor Track 4x800M state champion…Class 5 Cross Country Team Runner-Up…Region 5C Indoor and Outdoor Track Champions in the 4x800M…
