2023: Ran in six meets in the fall and was the team’s top runner, finishing as the team’s leading runner in five of his six races…Set the school 6K record with a 19:30 at the Spider Alumni Open on Sept. 2…Followed it up with a PR in the 8K at the Lancer Pink Invitational on Sept. 16 with a 26:02.5 that was the fourth fastest time in team history…Ran a 33:31.6 personal best in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship that also served as the seventh fastest 10K in team history…
