High School: Three-year letterwinner in lacrosse at Forest Park Senior High School…received numerous academic honors…member of the Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society…member of the Sixma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society…an Army ROTC scholarship recipient.
 
Personal: Son of James and Jennifer Perry…father, James, is a colonel in the U.S. Army…at Longwood, has received Dean’s List honors as well as the Joan of Arc Medallion…participated in the Longwood PRISM program…majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry…after graduation, plans to commission as an Army officer, earn his PhD in microbiology and work as a microbiologist for the United States Army.
