2025: Ran in seven cross country meets … Posted a personal best in the 6K with a 19:37.9 at the 2025 Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 30) … Ripped off a personal best of 26:10.1 in the 8K at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 18) … Ran a 33:50.4 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 14) that was a personal best.

High School: Competed in track for four seasons and lettered in cross country in three at Clover Hill High School … Part of a three-time state champion team … Holds school records in the 400M, 500M and the indoor track 4x800M relay…Personal best of 16:29 in the 5K … In track, posted personal bests of 35.4 in the 300M, 1:05.81 in the 500M, 1:57 in the 800M, 2:46 in the 1,000M, 4:47 in the 1,600M, and 10:44 in the 3,200M.
