Head Coach Catherine Hanson: “Alex starts his fourth year this season pretty ambitiously after battling IT Band syndrome throughout his running career. One of my first recruits at Longwood, he has grown in strength both in the weight room and in his volume of running. Alex is a very loyal young man and extremely coachable, and always brings a joke and a smile to the hard times.”
