Thirty Great Moments of Longwood Athletics

Longwood University Athletics commemorated its 'count-down' toward becoming an official member of the Big South Conference on July 1, 2012 with “Thirty Great Moments of Longwood Athletics.”  The Athletics Media Relations Office posted a great moment in Longwood Athletics history each day of June 2012, though not in any specific order, rather posting randomly, while not claiming to be the absolute top-30 moments either.  These great moments included highlights for women and men while having affiliations with the Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW), the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA), the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), the Virginia Intercollegiate Soccer Association (VISA), as well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).  Links to all “Thirty Great Moments of Longwood Athletics" are listed below.
