2020-21: Enjoyed a breakout junior season, earning All-Big South honorable mention honors as Longwood’s center back…played every minute of the season, the only Lancer to do so all year…one of eight Lancers to start all 10 games…helped Longwood engineer five shutouts…played at least 90 minutes in every game, including three overtime marathons of at least 110 minutes…helped Longwood post the fourth-lowest goals against average in the Big South at 0.94…key piece of a Longwood backfield that posted three consecutive shutouts from Feb. 28 to March 17 and a stretch of six games with just one goal allowed from Feb. 28 to March 28…named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2019: Played in five games, including one start, before missing the rest of the season with an injury…logged 125 minutes in the backfield prior to the premature end to her sophomore season…first start came against Radford where she played 30 minutes in an eventual 1-0 win…the Radford start followed a 57-minute effort off the bench in a 4-0 rout of Hampton…played 10-plus minutes in all five games.

2018: Played in nine games with two starts in her inaugural season…first career appearance came in the season opener against Charlotte, playing 55 minutes in the backfield…played a total of 328 minutes…played all 90 minutes in the road matchup against rival Radford, drawing her first career start in that game (9/26)…followed that with another start the next time out in a 2-0 win against Presbyterian…contributed to a Longwood backfield that was one of the best in the Big South, surrendering the conference’s third-fewest goals in Big South play.

High School: Four-year starter at Owen J. Roberts High School where she played alongside current Longwood teammate Emilie Kupsov...a four-year all-conference and all-league first-team selection...named Reading Eagle Player of the Year as a junior...also earned all-region honors as a junior...named all-area as a senior...a three-sport athlete who lettered in soccer, basketball and lacrosse...captained all three teams as a senior and earned all-conference first-team recognition in both soccer and lacrosse...volunteered at several youth soccer camps and a local homeless shelter.

Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Janna Cahill...has two siblings, Bryson and Rory...father, Patrick, played football at Lock Haven University.
