High School: Lettered in both cross country and track and field at Atlee High School...competed in multiple track events, including several sprints and jumps…holds his high school’s 55m shuttle hurdle relay…also competed in the high jump, long jump, triple jump, 300m dash, 400m and 55m hurdles….top high jump was 5-10, top long jump was 18-8 and to triple jump was 41-0, all set during his senior year…received the Award of Excellence for participating in the VHSL State Competition in the high jump…ran a personal-best 5K of 19:06 as a senior…clocked a 40.9 in the 300m dash and an 8.5 in the 55m hurdles…broke the 400m one-minute benchmark with a 52.9 as a senior…inducted into the National Honor Society…graduated as high school biology valedictorian.

Personal: Son of Thomas and Jamie O’Keeffe…has six siblings: Chris, Adam, Tyler, Logan, Cora and Aelish…hops to move to Hawaii after college to pursue a career as a teacher, athletic trainer or surf shop owner.
