High School: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field…ran a personal-best 23:10 in the 5K as a junior…competed in the mile at the track and field conference meet as a junior…a member of the National English Honor Society and DECA…placed fourth in the district in DECA and qualified for the state competition as both a junior and senior…earned the 98% Club Award…also an A-B honor roll student…served as freshman class vice president…member of the Key Club…opened a school thrift store as a senior to benefit local families in need.
