High School: A three-sport athlete at North Stafford High School…played lacrosse and ran both cross country and indoor track…lettered four years in varsity lacrosse, three in cross country and twice in indoor track…an all-conference selection in track in the 4x800m relay and in lacrosse as an attacker…ran an 18:23 5K as a senior…also clocked a 5:20 1,600m and an 800m…also ran the 1,000m…helped his lacrosse team reach the state semifinals…volunteered to build bat houses in an effort to conserve endangered bat species.
 
Personal: Son of Keith and Amy Burba…has a sister, Kira…aunt, Grace Latz, was a rower for Team USA and at the University of Wisconsin-Madison…post-college aspirations are to join the DEA or FBI.
