- Won his first spring appearance in three sets 6-4, 4-6 1-0 (10-3) versus Bluefield State Jan. 27
Prior to Longwood:
- Originally from Bulgaria, but competed in France his last two seasons of high school
- Pursuing a degree in business administration & management
- Son of Ognyan and Olga Naydenov
- Has a sister, Lora.
