Biography

131642017: One of the top returning goalkeepers in the Big South after ranking among the league's top three in save percentage and shutouts as a junior...owns 16 career shutouts, eight of which came last season...has finished among the Big South's top three in save percentage in back-to-back years, boasting a career mark of .822...one of the best all-around athletes on the team…capable of making the big save and playing with her feet.

2016: Emerged as one of the top keepers in the Big South in her first full season as starting goalkeeper…ranked among the league’s top three in goals against average (0.84) and shutouts (8), and fourth in save percentage (.847)…an All-Big South honorable mention selection…twice named Big South Defensive Player of the Week, earning the award on Sept. 19 after that 11-save performance against Virginia Tech (09/13) and Oct. 17 after back-to-back shutouts against High Point (10/12) and UNC Asheville (10/15)…went 8-10-2 on the season…logged seven of her eight shutouts during conference play…only allowed three goals in her final nine games…a Longwood Scholar-Athlete...Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
 
2015: Broke out as one of the top three goalkeepers in the Big South, posting a 7-5-1 record, seven shutouts, a 0.95 goals against average and a .831 save percentage in 15 starts…ranked among the league’s top three in goals against average and shutouts, and fourth in save percentage…assumed starting goalkeeper duties after senior incumbent Hailey Maichen was sidelined with an injury before the Aug. 30 game against Howard (8/30)…tied Longwood’s Division I-era single-game saves record, turning away 11 shots in the 1-0 win against Richmond (9/20)…six of those saves came in the second half against Richmond, including four straight during a span of 5:40 after freshman Amber Gustafson put Longwood in the lead in the 46th minute…named Big South Crons Brand Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 21 after that 11-save performance…posted four shutouts in a five-game span from Sept. 20 to Oct. 7, blanking Richmond, High Point (9/23), Winthrop (9/30) and Radford (10/7)…held opponents to one goal or fewer in 10 of her 15 starts…season averages were inflated after allowing a pair of four-goal games to top-25 programs Virginia Tech (9/2) and West Virginia (9/13), both on the road…held opponents to just six goals in her remaining 13 starts (0.86 goals against average)…a Longwood Scholar-Athlete…named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2014: Appeared in six games, drawing two starts…logged a 2-1-1 record with one shutout, a 90-minute, 2-0 blanking of Charleston Southern (10/18)…for the season, scattered seven goals allowed over 362 minutes for a 1.74 goals against average…the seven goals came against 12 saves for a .632 save percentage…had three of those saves against Charleston Southern, stopping all three shots she faced…also earned the win in a 6-1 victory over Francis Marion (9/3) that included a pair of saves…contributed a scoreless half in a shutout over VMI (9/3)…also deflected a pair of shots without allowing a goal in 27 minutes against Radford (10/4).
