Williamsburg, Va.- The Longwood women's golf team finished fourth after the first day of the Kingsmill Intercollegiate. The team scored 315-309--624 (+21) on the 5974-yard, 72-par course.
Diana Domenech had an impressive second round. She scored three birdies in the round to climb from 17
th to 5
th in the tournament. She finished the day with a score of 77-7--150 (+1). Fellow Lancer
Annabelle Jennings recorded three birdies through two rounds and tied for 17
th place in the Tournament. She scored 79-77--156 (+5).
Bobbi Uhl tied for 24
th place on the day. She scored 78-80--158 (+7).
Ester Choi finished the day tied for 48
th place. She scored 82-80--162 (+8).
Grace Huffman tied for 59
th place after the first two rounds of play and scored 80-86--166 (+14).
Some players were unable to finish their second round, and will complete the round before the third and final round tomorrow.
