FARMVILLE, Va. -- Longwood University dropped a 6-1 men’s tennis decision to visiting Coastal Carolina University Sunday at the Lancer Courts. The Lancers are now 0-8 this season, while the Chanticleers improved to 7-6. Longwood will not play again until after spring break on March 22, hosting Stony Brook at 2 p.m. at the Lancer Courts in Farmville.

Against Coastal Carolina of the Big South Conference, Longwood garnered its lone win in singles from sophomore Rashko Patnikov/Bankya, Bulgaria (Smirnenski) at #1 (6-3, 6-4).
