CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Longwood University dropped a 10-4 baseball decision at Charlotte Wednesday at Phillips Field in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The Lancers dropped to 1-11 this season, while the 49ers improved to 4-2.  Longwood will return home to Lancer Stadium this weekend to host their home-opening series this weekend against visiting Saint Joseph's in Farmville.  The Lancers and Hawks will play a doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 26, beginning at 12 p.m., followed by a single game on Sunday, Feb. 27, starting at 1 p.m..
