Men's soccer redshirt freshman Willy Miezan led Longwood to a 4-1 season-opening win over VMI Friday with three goals in his official debut as a Lancer. The hat trick included scores in the 32nd, 82nd and 83rd minutes with his final two coming within 1:03 of each other.
