Strength and Conditioning Mission Statement

The primary goals of the strength and conditioning program are to prevent injuries, optimize athlete’s performance and also to increase team success.  This is achieved through a professional strength staff who takes pride in staying current on the most modern research in the field, training and educating student-athletes and an overall commitment to a healthy lifestyle.  These aspects in combination with a disciplined speed, strength and conditioning program will prove to develop the athlete’s speed, agility, power, flexibility, strength and, in turn, the athlete’s performance and overall team success.  The year round program will be designed unique to the sport and to the individual to guarantee the athlete’s precise peaking at competition phase.
